These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ashinement Cleaning Services. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

We provide residential cleaning services based on the package selected and any customizations discussed during booking.

Clients must ensure property access at the scheduled time. Missed appointments or locked-out cleaners may result in a fee.

All payments are due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, card, or electronic payment.

We do not issue refunds for services already rendered. However, if you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a home poses a health or safety risk to our team (e.g., biohazards, excessive clutter, pests).

We take great care with your home. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or unstable fixtures.
