These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Ashinement Cleaning Services ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided:We offer residential cleaning services as described on our website. Custom requests must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Appointments & Cancellations:Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Payment Terms:Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept electronic payments and other approved methods.

4. Client Responsibilities:Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time and secure pets or valuables. We are not responsible for inaccessible areas or pre-existing damage.

5. Communication & Text Messages:By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders and follow-ups via text. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Liability Disclaimer:While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage due to faulty fixtures, unsecured valuables, or natural wear and tear.

7. Changes to Terms:We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
